Longevity Workshop
This is a 3-part series of workshops, meeting once per week on April 7, 14, and 21 from 6:30pm-8pm at The Pride Center. This workshop is focused on health and longevity. Limited to 16 attendees!
By the end of this three-part series, participants will be able to:

Explain the science of healthy longevity — including how metabolism, inflammation, and cancer prevention shape vitality at every age.

Apply nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits that build energy, strength, and resilience.

Understand the mind-body connection linking hormones, sleep, stress, and emotional well-being to long-term health.

Create a personal longevity plan by identifying one daily ritual or practice that supports sustained vitality and purpose.
