Let's Talk Sugar - Holistic Moms Network Ramona, CA Chapter

Join us for a kid-friendly introduction to sugar: what is it, why we need it, why too much is no good, how to identify it, and how to find alternatives to satisfy the cravings. This is an experiential class. Hands-on visuals and demos, raffle prizes, and a beautiful setting at a family-friendly winery. The class is free. Lunch at the winery is optional. Please indicate if you will be having lunch so the winery staff can prepare. Thank you!

The Holistic Moms Network is a nonprofit support and discussion network. Our mission, as a membership-based 501(c)(3) organization, is to connect parents, both in-person and online. We encourage parenting from the heart, natural health, and green living. We welcome people wherever they are on their own holistic path in an environment that does not judge. Our local communities are led by volunteer community organizers, and gather at least once a month. Everyone is welcome to attend an event or two before becoming a donating member.
