Zeni will guide through restorative yoga poses, meditation and mindful breathwork to open the heart and quiet the mind, leading you into a state of serene awareness. As the overtones ripple through your body, you’ll feel layers of stress dissolve — awakening clarity, harmony, and luminous calm. We’ll close with a gentle community sharing circle to ground intentions and integrate the experience.
