Workshop: Uncontrived Self-Esteem & Psychic Immune System
Discovering True Self-Esteem
This workshop takes a deep dive into Self-Esteem and subtle influences that affect its health as well as disease.
Contrived self-esteemContrived self-esteem arises from psychological effort to build up and project a self-image. The vulnerability of such confidence is in the dependency on others to believe in the act. |
True Self-EsteemA true Self-Esteem is not made from image building, but rather the result of a powerful psychic immune system that rests on the foundation of deep inner sight and discernment. |
Health of Self-Esteem
The health of Self-Esteem depends on the capacity to unbind and individuate the energetic system from the collective/peripheral thought influences. In this difficult task, developed discernment and navigation in the realms of energy are essential. A mind with uncontrived Self-Esteem will deny psychic pressure, even when feeling cornered and blinded by the forceful illusion of having no way out.
Essential Discovery:
- A projection of a thought is not as solid or visceral as it is experienced to be.
- Intensity of thought/emotion does not actually signal the sense of importance and urgency.
- Energetically imposed sense of time (urgency) is an illusion created by thought.
- The experience of something being taken personally is ultimately a complex web of electrical currents that conform the body to hold an emotional state.
- Awakening from constructs of guilt, shame or wrongdoing when refusing to serve other’s self-centered motives.
The Power of Negative (Selfish) Thought-Energy
Negative thought-energies are typically generated by people that are deeply rooted in the grid of the collective unconscious and still identify with a self-centered, image-based, five-sensory mind that is encased in the body. It is especially pronounced in those with a strong victim identity.
Thoughts that exist in the mind/body continue into the energetic space around the individual and will even travel to other people if so intentioned. A visceral experience of negative thought-energy feels much like an electrical current running through the body with particular intensity in the targeted areas. Tensions, pressures, and constrictions are some of the symptoms of such thought-energies moving in the body. For energy-sensitive people, it can feel as though the body is being violently assaulted by energetic hands, tentacles, or daggers, despite no physical presence causing it. The mind may feel invaded by another’s mental/emotional world, even sensing exploitation of its capacity for love and compassion.
A person with fear in their lower chakras may deploy a defense mechanism that manipulates the other person’s empowered energy system, bringing their mind down to the same fearful level.
This is done by psychically injecting the other with thoughts of fear, fragility, lust, innocence, fawning, or playing small. The innate self-esteem may become veiled with a more cowardly state.
The eyes may suddenly feel pressurised with adolescent innocence, the muscles of the body may lose their tone, strength and vitality, overall state of being may feel heavy, numb and weak, reflecting an elemental mix of water and earth. The relationship to the outside world may feel more separate and hierarchical. The personality may become less intelligent, ungrounded, lose depth and occasionally display stupidity, shallow humor and anxious behavior.
A mind that can free itself from such influences is able to individualize itself from the collective energy grid of mechanically emotional thinking. Self-punishment or subscription to the opinions of others becomes a thing of the past. For such a vast mind, the relationship with time no longer builds urgency. It is no longer pressurized to seek a way out of a labyrinth of thoughts and sensations. This mind is free to discover itself as it is no longer limited by the cycles of image-sensations-pressure.
