The Patricia Kane protocol (or PK protocol) is a three-part treatment program that is marketed to people with severe nerve diseases.

The Patricia Kane protocol claims to restore function to damaged nerve cells. But there is no good scientific evidence to support this claim.

The protocol has been used for Lou Gehrig's disease (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or ALS), Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease, autism, and multiple sclerosis (MS). But there is no good scientific evidence to support its use for any condition.
