Ray Armat, Ph.D., is a book author, farmer, materials scientist, food packaging engineer and NASA grantee. He walked away from his corporate jobs to study the roots of his health issues. He will show patrons how bad habits, addictions, depression, anxiety, diabetes, dementia, cancer, high blood pressure, constipation, infertility, heart disease and sleep issues are rooted in disrupted metabolism. He will explain how training a conscious mind and evaluating foods for their energy state will help balance metabolism for health, joy and peace.
