The Art of Living Foundation is present in over 150 countries and has millions of members. It encourages people to reduce their stress and improve their outlook on life. The Art of Living Foundation encourages people to volunteer in their communities and improve the lives of others.

People follow the practices of Art of Living to improve memory and thinking skills (cognitive function), quality of life, and overall mental health, but there is no good scientific evidence to support its use.
