Mar 23, 2026

In this 165th episode of the Live Healthy Be Well podcast, Jeffrey recounts his experience of giving worldwide lectures and listening to individuals and doctors who reported positive results from non-GMO diets. In his many surveys and interviews, he consistently finds that a majority of individuals experience health improvements including better digestion, increased energy, and reduced symptoms of various conditions. In addition, eating an organic diet eliminates not only GMOs but also harmful substances like Roundup, a herbicide commonly used on GMO crops.

Additionally, Jeffrey explores the impact of GMOs on animals. He has interviewed veterinarians who have witnessed a rise in allergies and cancer among pets since the introduction of GMOs. These veterinarians recommend changing animals' diets, leading to significant improvements in symptoms for 80 to 90 percent of the animals they treat. He also cites the experiences of renowned veterinarians Barbara Royal and Michael Fox, who received numerous letters attesting to the benefits of removing GMOs from pets' diets.
