The Benefits of Clay with Wendy Walter - Holistic Moms Network Hillsborough County, NH Chapter
Join us in learning about the many benefits of clay with Wendy Walter of The Voice of Clay in Brookline, NH. We’ll be talking about how clay can detoxify the skin as well as your physical and emotional body. You will have the option to enjoy your own clay foot bath. Please bring a towel, and a soaking tub for your feet (plastic or glass, not metal). There will be a $5.00 charge for non-members.
About our speaker, Wendy Walter, Clay Medicine Woman
Wendy opened the Voice of Clay in Brookline in 1999 where she currently teaches pottery, offers clay spa services, and holistic wellness support including but not limited to wellness coaching, hypnosis, and somatic breathing. Wendy has been working with clay for over 35 years. She is a potter, has spent 10 years as a holistic esthetician at a spa, before continuing her education getting an MA in Transpersonal Psychology and doing three years of Somatic Breathing Therapy.
Ultimately, she discovered she was the clay, in relationship and co-creating with the “Master Potter”. Wendy saw the transformation of clay, based on the four elements: water, fire, earth and air, as a living example of what we are being asked to ‘see’ in ourselves
The Holistic Moms Network is a nonprofit support and discussion network. Our mission, as a membership-based 501(c)(3) organization, is to connect parents, both in-person and online. We encourage parenting from the heart, natural health, and green living. We welcome people wherever they are on their own holistic path in an environment that does not judge.
