Join the Holistic Moms Network of Cucamonga Valley to learn strategies for improving communication and connection while raising a family on February 5 from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist, Alicia Taverner, will share the most effective tools for communicating as a couple and ways to regulate your nervous system when engaging in requests or conflict. She will also demonstrate Brainspotting – a type of alternative therapy that uses spots in a person’s visual field to help process and release trauma.

This event is open to the public and kids are welcome!

Location: Sanctuary at Crosslight Family Ministries; enter through the door on the west side of the building off of the parking lot.
