Join us to learn about ayurvedic approach to perimenopause. Our speaker, OM SANDUJA, is an Ayurvedic wellness counsellor. Om received his Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling training from Kerala Ayurveda Academy (Currently at KAA school for Ayurveda Wellness Practitioner Program- 2021-2023) and is a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Health, NY. Having vast experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals field for more than three decades, Om understands the limitations of western medicine and is able to fill these gaps by integrating holistic and natural remedies with the current healthcare practices. Om is currently practicing doe last four years at an established Ayurveda and Yoga Practice in Rockville, MD (www.vedichealth.org). Om’s life purpose is to help individuals maintain and/or regain their optimal health through Principles of Ayurveda and by contributing to the community what constitutes a healthy and happy society. Om has an expertise in the management of metabolic disorders (including obesity), women’s/men’s health, gut health and general health utilizing ancient Ayurvedic diet, herbs and lifestyle principles.
