Take Care of Your Heart - Holistic Moms Network Milwaukee, WI Chapter
Join HMN Milwaukee and Lisa Hare, Certified Wellbeing Coach, as we discuss several ways to include mindfulness in your parenting. Designed to help you care for your heart, these tips will be demonstrated by Lisa, who has over 15 years in facilitation and coaching to help inspire change and motivation. We will spend time learning and do a brief guided meditation to help you return to your families grounded and full of compassion and gratitude.
We will be in the Hunt Room, located lower level of the library. This meeting is not sponsored by the Hales Corners Library.

She provides a client-centered environment, empowering and supporting clients to make positive changes in their lives through measurable actions and goals.

The Holistic Moms Network is a nonprofit support and discussion network. Our mission, as a membership-based 501(c)(3) organization, is to connect parents, both in-person and online. We encourage parenting from the heart, natural health, and green living. We welcome people wherever they are on their own holistic path in an environment that does not judge.
