Event Description: Dr. Aynur Okcay, MD, will do a presentation on restless sleep, show sleep evaluation methods, and answer questions related to sleep and private practice.

Speaker Bio: Dr. Aynur Okcay, MD, completed a comprehensive Sleep Medicine Fellowship program at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She has extensive research background at Mayo Clinic focusing on cardiovascular aspect of sleep disordered breathing. She has published several papers and a book chapter and gave presentations in both the USA and international Sleep Medicine Conferences. Having a Primary Care background, Dr. Okcay realizes there is an inseparable relationship between healthy sleep and overall well-being.
