Do you want the best start for your baby, but you’re feeling overwhelmed and exhausted with all of the conflicting advice out there, especially when it comes to nutrition? In this workshop, you'll learn why nutrition for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum matters, obstacles that will keep you from focusing on nutrition (and how to overcome them), as well as simple tips to nourish your body from fertility through postpartum so that you can have the healthiest body, pregnancy, and baby possible!
Becky Kleive is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who helps women with their nutrition before, during, and after pregnancy so that they can have the healthiest body, pregnancy, and baby possible. Through her private 1:1 health coaching program, "The Nourished Womb: 90 Days to Optimal Nutrition for Fertility to Postpartum," Becky helps women optimize their health in order to increase their fertility, decrease common pregnancy-related symptoms, and achieve a healthy weight before, during, and after pregnancy.
