Job Overview 

In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn from and work with a dynamic team seeking to create a paradigm shift in healthcare and be a role model for conscious business practices that promote and lead to benevolent changes in our world. You will play a critical role by ensuring that the quality and content of webinars and events published within the KnoWEwell community and on the company’s website meet our content strategy and is meaningful to our diverse audiences. 

The Ideal Candidate 

The ideal candidate is a creative and confident self-starter who is forward-thinking as well as an organized person to assist our management team. Ready to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done, s/he is an excellent communicator and brings experience and knowledge to the work. S/he is also a constant learner who is flexible and able to navigate ambiguous situations 

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Maintain calendar of partner events and webinars 

  • Monitor newsletters and identify events and webinars to share in the KnoWEwell community  

  • Set up webinars on company platforms 

  • Publish events and webinars on the company’s website 

  • Ad hoc projects to support the event and webinar content that is published in the KnoWEwell community and on the company website 

  • Help and support other members of the team as necessary 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Basic use and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Open minded attitude and willingness to learn 

  • Personal laptop 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
