A simple definition of Type II Diabetes is a disorder of the metabolism characterized by high blood glucose in the context of insulin resistance and relative insulin deficiency.

Insulin is the metabolic hormone that lowers blood sugar.

In this video, I share some easy, simple changes you can make to be on your way to healthier blood sugar levels, better moods, and a longer life!
