A Radiant Light Who Will Forever Shine in Our Hearts

An angel has been called home. Our beloved friend, soul sister, and shining light, Christa Orecchio, transitioned from this world on October 23, 2025. Though our hearts are heavy with grief, they are equally full of gratitude for the time we were blessed to walk beside her on this earthly journey.

Christa was a pioneer—a radiant visionary who dedicated her life to helping others reclaim their health, their joy, and their divine connection to self. As the founder of The Whole Journey, she guided countless souls toward healing through food, spirituality, and self-love. Her presence illuminated every room, her laughter lifted spirits, and her wisdom gently opened hearts to transformation.

For me, Christa was more than a colleague; she was a soul sister, a mirror of light and love. She was the first person that Dr. Tom O’Bryan introduced me to—a divine connection that set so much in motion.

Our dear friend Dr. Tom O’Bryan shared this beautiful reflection:

“An angel has been called home. My dear friend Christa Orecchio is no longer with us, and my heart is both heavy (for my personal loss), and joyous, as every time I think of her, the unforced image dancing in my awareness is this bright beacon of light, with elfish humor, shining down on all of us. Safe travels dear friend. And as one of us would often say to the other, when it was time to move the next task, ‘see you on down the road.’”

Dr. Brian Stenzler, KnoWEwell's Chief Health Officer and and VP of Operations, also shared a heartfelt message that captures the depth of Christa’s impact:

“Christa’s unwavering commitment to helping others live healthier, more empowered lives has touched countless individuals within the KnoWEwell community and far beyond. Her legacy will not only continue to inspire but will keep changing lives for years to come.”

Christa’s journey continues through the hearts she touched and the countless lives she helped to heal. Her legacy of compassion, empowerment, and joy will ripple outward — through her teachings, her community, and most importantly, through her beloved seven-year-old son, whose smile carries her sparkle of light.

A Celebration of Life will be held to honor Christa’s extraordinary spirit:

Attire: Wear something that makes you feel beautiful — as if you were meeting Christa for a dinner date. She always had that effortless chic, a blend of grace and grounded elegance. White and bright colors are welcome.
